• How long will it take before I receive my framed print?

  It generally takes one to two weeks to receive your framed print.

  After your order is received, the image is printed and then allowed to outgas for 24 hours. After outgassing, custom framing can take up to five days.

  Youth In Focus currently offers shipping via FedEx Ground, which takes two to five business days, depending on your proximity to Portland.

  Please note we do our very best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. All orders are shipped in a bespoke box made specifically for frames.

• How do I care for my framed print?

  To ensure the longevity of your framed print, avoid hanging in a location where it will be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

  Simply use a slightly damp cloth in order to clean the frame and Plexi front.
